Dealing with life's challenges is simply part of the human experience. We all have lessons that we came here to learn and at least one purpose for being here on Earth at this time. Our angels and guides are always around us, helping and encouraging us to grow and evolve into the highest expression of ourselves. Because they know us at a soul level across multiple lifetimes, and know what goals we set for ourselves when we decided to incarnate, they are able to view our lives from a much broader perspective than we can. They actually know us better than we know ourselves. Tapping into their wisdom and guidance is such an invaluable resource as we navigate this adventure called life.

One of the greatest discoveries along my spiritual path is learning that I have the ability to connect and communicate with the higher realms (which, by the way, you do too!) Developing an ongoing relationship with my spirit guides and angels has had an incredibly positive impact on my life and I am beyond grateful for their endless support, guidance and encouragement.

 

The team of divine helpers and healers I work with has grown over time as my energy healing work has evolved. In my healing sessions I work with these powerful spirits and incorporate Reiki and Shamanic practices as I am guided to. They do all of the actual work. I am just the guide or assistant, holding the space and intention for healing to happen. I continue to be in awe of how powerful and life changing this work can be, healing us at all levels - mentally, physically, spiritually and emotionally.
